Modify how quotes work

There is currently no way to add source for quotes. When creating a race, it is normal to create a quote to introduce a typical member of that race. After the quote, it usually says "—{{person_quoted}}" right-aligned within the column. This is not possible as far as I can tell. You can't do it using style tags, hells, you can't even fudge it by putting in a whole bunch of or by pressing spacebar over and over again.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
Changed how this works so what used to be a "quote" is now a "read aloud". A "quote", meanwhile has an attribution and formats like the beginning of each "race" section in the PHB
