Option for auto-formatting quotes

It would be super nice to be able to format these quotes automatically. Have it automatically make the first line ALL CAPS and every subsequent line italic. I haven't found any tools so far which include that little feature, but it would be extremely useful to have that option. Call it "race quotation" or something like that.
