Can't register/confirm with Chrome on iPhone

'm trying to register on rpgchef, but upon pressing the continue button, the registration page just refreshes. I am definitely typing my password twice accurately.
Upon receiving the "Confirm your email" email, I clicked the link within, but the page I was taken to struggled to display in my default browser: Google Chrome.
...question if I jailbroke my iPhone to set Chrome as default. I did not. It is possible for Chrome to be the default browser when taping links in an email, if the email client is MS Outlook; and that's what I use.
Regardless, I have successfully logged in with Safari.

I'm unable to reproduce this error. That's not to say that it isn't happening, but I think it may have been a fluke.
