Timeout error

Hello, I am rather new to RPGS in general and was asked by some friends to create a world for us to have a campaign with D&D 5e. The site is amazing and simplies the creation process thank you, my issue is everytime i try to create or view odf it times out. Am i missing a program or is there a section stating you need to pay for that privilege or is it just my computer? Id appreciate some help clearing this up. Thank you!

I'm also having this issue. I've gotten it to export to PDF one time by seemingly random chance but every other time it's timed out.

Update: Have tried in all three major browsers, and at different locations in my home, and from a friend's location in Canada just to be sure, it is definitely happening everywhere

Yeah ive exported only once and it has gone back to the same error, I am also in Canada.

PDFs were successfully coming up for me from about noon PST to about an hour ago, and are now once again not.

Okay, I think we've finally sorted this one out.
I was able to reproduce the issue and have fixed it. Please respond in this ticket if you're still having the issue, if not I'll close the ticket.

I am adding to this ticket rather than opening a new one. I have been testing out RPGchef for a few weeks and I recently encountered this error. Confirmed across multiple browsers, and really infuriating.

It was an issue with the servers that do the PDF processing. Fixed.
