Provide way to drag components around

A GUI-based drag-and-drop ability to rearrange components would be super handy. At the moment, we have to press up, up, up, up, up, up, to get things in place. I realise that the coding involved in this is quite a bit of work compared to the current set up, but it'd be really convenient for users.
