Potability of selecting multiple tabs for moveing

If i'm making a particularly large modules i might make a section but then decided i want to move that section to another part of the pdf, currently i believe that can only be done by moving one tap one space at a time when i could need to move several. first noticed in v0.9.37

There's a move to top and move to bottom button, does that address the problem?

what if i'm moving something from middle end to middenl beginning, as in not nesesarly the top or bottom
